Honda Airbag Recall

Hollander is supporting Honda in an urgent recall of specific Takata airbags which pose a higher risk of failure. These airbags have a 50% higher failure rate over other air bags subject to recall. 

As a reminder it is illegal to sell recalled airbags and doing so could result in fines up to $21,000 per sale and / or cause injury or death to your customer(s).

Honda requests that the recalled airbags be disposed of via the buyback program managed by RAS. Visit www.coresupply.com and click on "Recalls" for more information, or contact your Hollander Account Manager.

The Fall Seller Update has been released. Some key points to note for you:
  • Beginning October 20, 2016 sellers will receive three months to get back on track after falling Below Standard before limits/restrictions are placed on the account.
  • Active content needs to be removed from templates and listings prior to June, 2017. For more info on eBay Active Content: www.ebay.com/activecontent
  • Selling Manager Pro (my eBay page) will no longer be available after Spring 2017 – the time to switch to Seller Hub is now!
  • (Starting in October) Buyers can request an exchange when returning an item rather than only having the refund option.
