ClaimsElement™, a Shoplink® add-on
module, allows collision repair shops to electronically retrieve
data from adjuster and shop estimates prepared using Audatex solutions.
This new feature eliminates the need to rekey estimates, which dramatically
reduces cycle time and increases shop efficiency.

A secure, server-based solution, ClaimsElement
eliminates the need for shops to re-key estimates. Using an encrypted
file format, shops can download estimate data directly from Audatex
into Shoplink, saving approximately 21 minutes per estimate.
Unique identifiers are used
to search and retrieve the estimate from Audatex’s host server,
such as claim number, loss date, vehicle owner name, etc., ensuring
a quick, easy download. ClaimsElement also improves workflow in
repair shops by making it easier to get estimate information into
shop management systems.
